With a history in Halfpipe and Slopestyle, and a more recent passion for Freeriding, Anne-Fred Grenier is no stranger to sliding sideways. We caught up with this Whistler local recently to hear what she thought about her Snowboard Training Setup and congratulate her on podium finishes in her second season on the Freeride World Tour circuit.

Anne-Fred uses the Jib Board and Balance Bar during winter and summer to keep her Jib tricks locked in. Even with a stronger focus on freeriding these days, Anne-Fred likes getting her Jib Setup out to stay in shape and keep the winter vibes going through out the summer.
With the sun setting at 4p.m. in the depths of Whistler's winter months Anne-Fred takes her training off hill in the winter months as well to keep sharp and lock in those FWT podiums. One of Anne-Fred's favourite parts of her setup is the Training Bindings, with size 5 feet she has no problems strapping into the bindings with her shoes on, for easy training.
Tiny Feet, No Problem
Whether you are looking to improve your slopestyle skills, break into the world of halfpipe, or dial in freeride, Anne-Fred has done it all with her Snowboard Addiction Training Setup
