Warning: Temporary Stock Delay In Europe
We are moving our Europe stock to a new shipping warehouse. We are unable to ship European orders for approimately 2 weeks during this transition. As soon as the stock is moved we will continue to ship European orders. Sorry for the delay. Please check back in 2 weeks to place a European order.

We Have Shipping And Fulfillment Warehouses In:
- Canada
- Europe (EU)
- United Kingdom (closed - a few Jib Boards & Training Mats remain in the UK if you would like one of these)

Important - Choose Your Shipping Region Carefully
When purchasing any product on our website, it is critial that you choose the appropriate "Shipping Region" for your address.
When checking out, your order will automatically dispatch from the "Shipping Region" that you select.

PO Box Addresses
We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please do not use a PO Box when placing an order. Instead, please use the actual physical address that you want the items shipped to.

Available through out of Sydney, Australia.

International Shipping (outside USA, Canada, & EU)
International shipping is expensive. Training Products will be shipped from the closest/cheapest warehouse when stock is available.
International shipping usually takes around 2 weeks depending on your country. Some countries are slower and may take longer. This is out of our control. International shipping does not guarantee delivery within a certain number of days. Delays can happen, which are out of our control. Expect delays especially in remote locations.

Delivery Times And Order Processing
You will usually received your order in around 2 to 6 business days.
During peak times of the year, such as Black Friday/Christmas, there can be additional delays especially if you choose free shipping or the cheapest option. Express post will take priority and be delivered sooner than free postage. Delays can happen, which are out of our control.
Due to the increased volume of orders during busy times of the year, please allow for a couple of extra business days on top of the expected delivery date to process and ship out. 

Tracking Information
Your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you when the order is shipped. This is generally between 1 to 3 days after you have placed your order.

Multiple Items In Your Order
Our products are individually boxed and shipped separately due to their size. Different items in your order may arrive on separate days. Please allow a few days to account for this. 

There are no customs fees or duties for USA, Canada, & EU, provided you select the correct shipping region when checking out. We have warehouses in these countries and have already paid the customs and taxes to get the products into these countries. 
Outside of these locations, your country will probably charge customs fees. Any additional taxes or fees are your responsibility.
If you want to know how much customs will charge, you will need to call the customs office in your country.
