Return Policy

The Snowboard Addiction return policy applies to brand new products only. If your product has been removed from its original packaging, is not in the same condition as you received it, or it has been used, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Additionally, our return policy lasts 30 days from purchase and proof of purchase is required. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Digital Products
  • Snowboard Addiction Sticker Pack
  • Gift cards

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff as "Good Inventory", we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Our warehouse staff have the authority for the inspection process, their decision is final. If the product isn't accepted as "Good Inventory" you will be refunded only 50% (minus shipping) If you are approved, your refund (minus shipping) will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 days after the refund is issued, to see the money refunded.

    Sale Items

    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges

    Rather than receive a refund, you may be able to exchange your product for a Snowboard Addiction product of equal or lesser value. This is dependant on whether your products are received at a Snowboard Addition as "New" or as "Damaged". If your product is accepted as "New", you will be able to exchange it.

    Return Shipping

    To return an unopened and unused product, contact Snowboard Addiction at support@snowboardaddiction.com for return shipping details and steps.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You are responsible for a successful delivery to our warehouse.
