We’re looking for a standout snowboarder to join our team in Whistler, BC, for this coming winter season (2025) and beyond! This is a unique opportunity to become the face of Snowboard Addiction’s video tutorials, coach riders around the world, and help lead the progression of snowboarding through both content and creativity. Snowboard Addiction is the global leader in snowboard progression. We’re not just known for our coaching, we’re the original innovators of snowboard training equipment. From balance bars to tramp boards, our gear and tutorials have helped hundreds of thousands of riders improve their skills, on and off the mountain. Based in Whistler, BC, our mission is simple: to improve your riding. Through world-class content and game-changing products, we’ve helped shape how snowboarders train around the world.
The Opportunity:
We’re hiring a new Snowboard Coach to be the face of our tutorials, help snowboarders progress worldwide, and represent the Snowboard Addiction brand in Whistler and beyond.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coaching snowboarders both in person and on camera
- Leading trick tutorials, gear breakdowns, and progression videos
- Representing Snowboard Addiction across video and social platforms
- (Optional) Supporting other creative or operational projects if you’re after a full-time role
Who You Are:
- A strong, confident snowboarder with park and freestyle competition experience
- Comfortable communicating and breaking down techniques on camera
- Based in or ready to move to Whistler (staff housing available)
- Teaching or coaching qualification preferred - but not essential - (We’ll support you in getting certified as part of your growth with us)
- Bonus: Background in media, content, or social marketing

- This role starts in September 2025, ready for the winter season in Whistler. If you’re the right fit, we’ll lock things in early so you’re set up and ready to go.

- Submit a short video recording (~5 Mins) of yourself teaching a beginner how to do a frontside boardslide.
No fancy production needed, just show us how you teach, how you ride, and how you communicate.
