Poke'r, Bone'r and Tweak'r

A Poke, also known as a Bone, is done by kicking your front or back leg out in a certain direction after you have locked into your grab.

Bone or tweak, you decide.

A tweak on the other hand, is done by stretching your body to exaggerate and accentuate your grab.

Method & JapanNotice how the Method and Japan grabs are tweaked rather than boned.

Whether you're skinning cats or boning grabs, there are many ways to get the job done. The most important thing here is that you're having fun, playing with new grab positions and adding your own style to your riding.

Boning On The Tramp

The trampoline is a perfect place to experiment with new grabs safely and learn how to position yourself to stay balanced in the air. For example, if you're boning out to one side you might just need to counter that motion on the other.

For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
