I really liked it but the binding snapped

Ordered and arrived missing two screws for the strap making it unusable. I reached out to support and was told to put a warranty claim in. That’s like buying a car that ends up missing lug nuts for the wheels on delivery and being told to take it back to the dealer to get it covered under warranty. Wild. Literally broken on arrival and not used so warranty is not applicable.

They ended up agreeing which is good and shipped the screws on July 3, 2026. Still nothing delivered and tracking shows nothing.

My kids love the smaller kids one so maybe more than one star if I am ever able to use it?

The plastic clip that holds the binding strap snapped in half within 5 minutes of use. They have no slit in them to replace if they snap the strap is seen over the clip. Need better clips or send ones that can be replaced easily. Overall broken within 5 minutes

Customer services was awesome to work with and they really care about their customers. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

One of the clips holding the strap broke the first day we got the board. We had to use a zap strap in place of the clip cause the kids were devastated it was already broken.
Also maybe you should offer strap size options for kids and adults as my kids can barely get it tight enough with it as tight as it goes. My daughter is having to wear shoes in them but now it’s getting dirty.

Son is loving it. He uses it almost every day to practice flips and 180/360 at home.

One of the plastic buckles snapped during first use, but otherwise has worked well. I was able to fix with a metal chain link very easily.

I am very disappointed with this product. It seemed very promising and of good quality. However, after using it only about ten times, the bindings started to come loose. The screws no longer tighten properly and just keep spinning, making it impossible to repair it or order replacement parts. It's really a shame that it doesn't last longer.

Strap clasp broke within the first 30 minutes of using it. Ordered a sturdier replacement for that part off Amazon that I hope will work. Other than that it was a good experience. The board has a lot of weight to it and feels pretty accurate for what it feels like with my 161cm board and boots on.
