From Grom To Elite Snowboarder
Taevis started snowboarding on a small hill in Edmonton, Alberta. He first tried it at age six but stuck with skiing until the cool kid at school picked up a board, and Taevis quickly followed.
What began as a once-in-a-while hobby turned serious when his mom enrolled him in a local snowboard club. Riding once a week led to his first contest, where he slammed hard during practice but landed the trick in his final run to win first place.
That moment sparked something deeper. It wasn’t just the win—it was the feeling of progress and doing something real. That feeling still drives him today.
Along the way, Taevis was supported by amazing coaches, grandparents who let him live with them so he could ride, and a mom who connected him with Nev. His dad was always stoked, no matter what direction he took.
Now, Taevis is committed to helping others experience the same joy and growth through snowboarding. Whether your goal is carving clean turns, landing your first 360, or chasing down a 1080, Taevis is here to help you get there
Because snowboarding is fun. And dedicating himself to it was the best decision he ever made.
Let’s progress together—one trick at a time. 🏂
