Free_lessons

This video tutorial teaches body position, adding ollies and nollies, spinning on the snow and some simple flatland tricks such as nose and tail rolls. These are the absolute basics of buttering and will provide a solid foundation for you to learn rad flatland tricks.

Stance:

This video tutorial teaches the four key aspects to spinning 360s, 540s, 720s and beyond on snowboards. You'll learn how to use your edges create a platform to spin from, how and where to prepare for the spin (winding up), releasing the wind-up, and spotting your landing to smoothly stop your rotation. It goes through these key aspects in detail to help you learn how to stomp advanced spinning tricks.

This video tutorial teaches the basics of 50/50s including body position, balance and riding without edging and continues through to more advanced aspects including ollie-ons from frontside and backside directions and and adding 180 outs. This video tutorial teaches an easy six-step progression to learning 180s. It will take you through all variations: frontside 180s, backside 180s, cab (switch frontside) 180s and switch backside 180s. It will also teach you about spotting your landings blind when spinning backside and then show you how to progress by using counter-rotation and shifties in your 180s to really style them out.
